I began my day by conducting the final test on the system before starting the briefing with the supervisor. Throughout the explanation, I received several questions about the system and discussed its aspects together with the supervisor. Once the briefing was completed, he provided feedback on what could be added to further support the work in the unit. He suggested that it would be better to include the audit processes that need to be carried out for each specific task in the schedule. I think this is a great idea, as it allows the schedule to be supported with proper documentation and clear steps for conducting the audit process, along with the estimated time required to complete each task.
The supervisor also provided me with a list of audit tasks, the initial schedule, and the audit procedures that need to be carried out to complete the work. Overall, the current system is already good with its detailed scheduling, but it can be further enhanced by adding proper documentation of the audit processes. Therefore, I will continue to develop a more advanced system until its completion, with regular consultation with the supervisor.
From today’s system briefing, I learned the importance of receiving feedback in improving a system. The discussion with the supervisor helped me see the system from a different perspective, especially in terms of adding value through proper audit documentation and processes. I realized that a good system is not only about functionality, but also about how well it supports users in carrying out their tasks effectively and systematically. This experience also helped me build confidence in presenting my work, even though I felt nervous at first. The feedback given motivates me to further enhance the system by making it more comprehensive and practical for real working use. Moving forward, I will continue to improve the system while maintaining regular consultation with the supervisor to ensure it meets the unit’s requirements.
