For today, I continued making enhancements and adding new features to improve the audit scheduling system. I divided my time between completing the system and preparing the user manual as a guide for using the system. I will share the document with the unit later before proceeding with the presentation to ensure that they fully understand how the system works and are able to use it efficiently once it is further developed by the Information Technology unit.
From today’s tasks, I was able to improve my time management skills by balancing system development and documentation work simultaneously. I realised that preparing a user manual is just as important as developing the system itself, as it helps ensure that users are able to understand and use the system effectively. In addition, this task helped me understand the importance of clear communication, especially when preparing for a presentation. Ensuring that the unit fully understands how the system works is crucial for its successful implementation in the future. Overall, this experience has strengthened my ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining the quality of both technical development and supporting documentation.
